Our Cherry Ginger Snakarola is a nutrient rich and power packed, designed to fill your family’s healthy snack needs. The Cherry Ginger is more like a traditional granola that approaches a muesli. It is supplemented with crunchy walnuts and pecans. This is a favorite with people who enjoy the ginger flavor. Eat it as a convenient and delicious snack right out of the bag, you’ll benefit from the organic goodness in every batch
Our Cranberry Orange Snakarola is a great tasting combination of walnuts, pecans, almonds and pumpkin seeds that are bound together with fruit and agave nectar. It is a sweeter tasting product but with a low glycemic point. Rich in vitamins and nutrients, our Cranberry Orange is excellent as a satisfying treat in any situation.
Natural Products Expo East 2014 was awash with foods catering to vegan diets. From cashew cheese to broccoli-containing french fries, we saw abundant smart product formulations and short ingredient lists.
But the products that truly attracted us weren’t merely substitutions for meat and dairy. This year, vegan foods are standing tall, boasting that they’re simply superior in taste and health. Some companies avoided labeling products as “vegan” altogether. This tactic is starkly different from the norm several years ago, when labeling a food as “vegan” was just about as sexy as you could get.
This curry-spiced paleo granola from Laughing Giraffe (known for its raw, vegan macaroons) contains clusters of cashews, coconuts and currants, held together with agave, lemon and pink sea salt. A hunger-slaying snack you eat straight from the bag. Also paleo friendly.
Instead brands are focusing on taste, clean ingredients and excellent nutrition. Laughing Giraffe, for example, hits the trifecta of food trends with its raw, curry-flavored, paleo-friendly snacking granola. Likewise, Tumeric Golden Milk relies on ancient wisdom to deliver a dairy-free milk made from coconut and hemp and anti-inflammatory spices.
Animal-free eating is still very much on trend. But manufacturers are catering to consumers by focusing on complex flavor development and health benefits rather than kind sourcing.
Once again, we are exhibiting at the Natural Products Expo East in Baltimore, September 18-20th . Last year’s show was such a success for Laughing Giraffe Organics we are confidant of another winning event. This event is by far the largest natural, organic and healthy food show in the East which last year drew over 1,200 exhibitors displaying to over 22,000 attendees. This year‘s show is sold out and will be even larger than in 2013.
This is one of the best trade events in the country providing a perfect venue for buyers to meet producers face to face. At these shows, we often meet our customers for the first time in person. These meetings allow us to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges they face every day in their stores. This information is invaluable as we formulate winning strategies for the marketplace.
We look forward to another great trade show for our line. This year we will be displaying in booth #613. See you there.
